About the artist.

Darla Kasper has created everything you see on this site, and at her shows. Darla’s inspiration for color and composition is difficult to describe. “I sit at the table and cut the glass and stack the colors until it looks right!” (This repeat customer and friend believes Darla has a terrific design eye, but it is masked by her enthusiasm at creating and the fun she has when a design is right!)

Stay tuned. Darla is an emerging artist though much of her life has been leading to this form of self-expression. She will continue to be adventurous with design and various elements; so who knows? Come see her at a show. Talk to her about something in glass you’d like. Whatever you do, while you look through her wares, you’ll probably see the twinkle in her eye as she tells you how much fun the piece was to make.
